If I Were . . .

Assalamualaikum and peace be upon you. Alhamdulillah, once again, Allah SWT has given this  mighty chance for me to live on his Earth. Actually, I have a question that has been playing on my mind since I was in Form 1.

Back then, when I was a small and innocent 12-year-old kid, I faced one of important examinations in Malaysia's education system - Ujian Penilaian Sekolah Rendah (UPSR). I expected to achieve 5A's. Though I had done good preparations, but still luck was not on my side. I got 4A's and 1B's. That time, I was targeting to enter SMKGR, but unfortunately I didn't get the chance to. Alhamdulillah, with Mr Raihan's(ex Bainun's administrator) aid, I managed to enter Bainun Secondary School. This was where my life started to change.

I loved music very much and it was apart from my life and Bainun Secondary School has dig up my potential in this field. Thank you so much Cikgu Faridzz, if you were not there, I must not able to be a musician today. Thanks for all your deeds. Music widened up my world. This was where I knew the meaning of a true friendship. This was where I met my true passion.

If I were the 5A's student, I must not able to be in this beautiful world of music. Maybe, I never learn about true friendship that only available in boarding schools.Maybe,I will keep engrossed in all those fake happiness and never know that life is kind of complicated.

When things are not happened as what you expected though you have put your best efforts to achieve it, don't give up. There must be a reason behind all those failures. Just keep moving forward because Allah SWT knows the best for you.
